Frequently Asked Questions

- Ready to ship units have a 3-5 business days processing time excluding holidays. -Preorders have a 5-7 business days processing time excluding holidays. Turnaround Time - Custom orders have a 14-21 business days processing time.

*Different rates may apply to different shipping options.* -Standard shipping is 2-5 days from the day item Is shipped out. -Once items are shipped, we are no longer responsible for the package. You may reach out to the courier for all other inquiries -Please note that there may be a delay in shipping due to Covid-19.

There are NO REFUNDS due to the nature of the business.

Once processed and shipped, Orders may NOT be canceled.

- There is a $25 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit that goes towards the services total. - If you need to cancel an appointment, please do so no less than 24 hours prior to appointment date. - NO CALL NO SHOWS will be blocked from booking. There is a 10 minute grace period, anything after is an additional $15. If you are 20 minutes late your appointment will be canceled.
