Cancellation /Refund Policy:

Cancellations must be made before your order has been processed. After your order has been processed, you may not cancel your order. 

We do NOT accept refunds due to the nature of our products.

 

Shipping Policy:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Tracking Number via Email. Please make sure your email is correct when checking out.

After an order is shipped out, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packaging. Please contact the courier company if you encounter any problems.

Please make sure your address is correct at check out, as we are not responsible for making sure this is correct. We are not responsible if your package is shipped to the wrong address. If the package is returned, you are responsible for the additional shipping fee.
